First of all, we should check the packaging to see if the packaging box has strong moisture resistance. The box should be a combination of high-strength bolt connection pairs. Different high-strength bolts cannot be mixed together according to the regulations. The mass of each box shall not exceed 40 kg.
As for how to pack in the packaging box, it is entirely up to the manufacturer to choose. On the outside of the packaging box, there should be the name of the manufacturer, the name of the product, the standard number, the batch number, specification and quantity of the product, and the gross weight and other obvious marks. When inspecting the goods, check the product quality inspection report and ex factory certificate provided by the manufacturer.
When leaving the factory, it needs to be tested according to batch. The high-strength bolts have the same performance grade and the same batch number as the heat number and thread specification length. The bolts of machining, heat treatment process and surface treatment process are the same batch number.
One thing to note here is that the maximum batch of high-strength bolt connection pairs supplied with guaranteed torque coefficient is 3000 sets.
