The quality inspection of high-strength bolts can generally be divided into two stages, one stage is the process inspection according to the process flow, and the other stage is the quality inspection after the high-strength bolts are fastened. These two inspections are very important, but one stage inspection directly determines the connection quality of high-strength bolts.
Inspection contents of one stage: equipment method and equipment progress of high-strength bolts; Treatment and arrangement of joint surface; Fastening method of high-strength bolts, etc. The inspection of equipment technology is the key point and key to the quality inspection of high-strength bolt construction.
Inspection contents in the second stage: 1. Large angle high-strength bolts need to be inspected. It is required to select the small hammer percussion method to conduct general survey on high-strength bolts to prevent missing screwing. This method is mainly used to clamp one side of the nut with the finger. It is assumed that the finger feels thin shivering according to the orientation. It should be as close as possible to the place where the nut is close to the washer. Then, a small hammer weighing 0.3 ~ 0.5kg is selected to knock the other side of the nut. It is assumed that the finger feels thin shivering. It is considered qualified. If the shivering is large, it means that it may be missed or under tightened. If it is not shivering at all, it means that it is over tightened. 2. Quality control and inspection of torsion shear high-strength bolt connection pair. Because of its structural characteristics, the plum blossom stem bears the reverse torque during construction, so the plum blossom head is broken. That is, the same torque is now applied to the bolt coupling pair.
Therefore, it is only required to visually inspect the plum blossom head to be broken during the inspection. However, if a special wrench cannot be used for bolts at a single position, the inspection method of high-strength large hexagon bolts with the same diameter shall be followed.
